Another Tomorrow x Toolspace: Playground for Ideas
Why hands-on prototyping is the best team-building activity you haven’t tried (yet)
We’ve all played boule, cracked escape room codes, and shared drinks on a rooftop. Classic team-building moves. But what if your summer kick-off could actually spark new ideas, build real connection and leave your team buzzing with creative energy?
That’s exactly what Playground for Ideas is designed to do.
Most team-building activities are about stepping away from the day-to-day. But few offer a space where you can build something new together – both literally and creatively. Prototyping is a surprisingly powerful way to connect. It turns abstract thinking into action. It gets you moving, laughing, problem-solving. And best of all? It works for everyone, no design degree required.
